Senior exercise for adults 55+ promotes increased strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The class is designed specifically for those who wish to ease their way into fitness as well as those who want to maintain their current fitness level. Meets year-round Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays all year, except for holidays.

The Coralville Parks and Recreation Commission meets on the third Monday of the month (subject to change), with no meeting in February and August unless otherwise determined. Note that the September 2023 meeting will be held on September 11, rather than September 18 as originally scheduled.
