This project will raise 5th Street where it crosses Biscuit Creek to provide flood protection in this area of Coralville. The project limits extend along 5th Street from 1st Avenue to 4th Avenue, and along the east side of 2nd Avenue south of 5th Street. Work includes new street paving, Biscuit Creek box culvert, public utilities, sidewalks, and streetscape improvements.
