2. About Group Reservations
   Reservations will be taken for day camps and day care groups to use the Coralville Community Aquatic Center. Group entry will be by reservation only. Groups arriving without reservation will be turned away.

5. Reservation Dates
   Coralville-based day camps and day care groups may submit a request starting June 22, 2020, and may begin use June 29. All other day camps and day care groups may place a request beginning June 29 for July 6 and beyond. Requests may be made through the entire summer of 2020 on one form.
7. How Slots Are Assigned
   Coralville Parks & Recreation staff will review all requests for swimming by groups and will assign slots to swim. Groups will be assigned no more than two slots per week and may only be assigned one, depending on demand.
11. Groups must arrive between 12:30 and 1:00 p.m.
    If a group has not arrived by 1:00 p.m., they will forfeit their swimming spots. Failure to notify us that your group isn’t coming on a scheduled day may result in removal from the rest of your reservations.
12. Pool Hours
    Monday-Friday, 12:00-4:15 p.m. and 5:30-8:00 p.m. Only Coralville residents and groups will be allowed from 12:00-1:00 p.m.
14. Chairs & Social Distancing
    Chairs will not be provided for patrons (you may bring your own), and social distancing will be encouraged, but staff will not be enforcing.
15. Weather
    If the weather isn’t ideal, but the Aquatic Center remains open, groups may not move to the indoor pool. If the Aquatic Center closes, a group may be able to move to the Indoor pool if there is space available.
