Luminarias Shine

Aisle of Lights tradition continues

Sunday, December 11 | 5:00-9:00 pm 

Coralville residents and businesses are invited to turn on their holiday lights and light luminarias along their sidewalks on Sunday, December 11, from 5:00 to 9:00 pm.
During Aisle of Lights, residents and visitors tour the lights on their own or by bus on Sunday evening. Many Coralville organizations and businesses also host free, festive events throughout the day and evening on Sunday, and this year there are even a few on Saturday!
Free sacks and sand to make your own luminarias are available. Aisle of Lights is sponsored in part by the University of Iowa Community Credit Union; sand is donated by Hawkeye Ready Mix. Learn more

Bicycle Friendly Community

Coralville Recognized as a Bicycle Friendly Community

Awarded by the League of American Bicyclists

Coralville has been recognized by the League of American Bicyclists as a Bronze Level Bicycle Friendly Community. The award identifies Coralville’s commitment to improving conditions for bicycling through investment in bicycling promotion, education, infrastructure, and pro-bicycling policies. The City Council will celebrate the award at the December 13th City Council meeting. Learn more

Presented by City Circle Acting Company, with support from Hills Bank and Trust Company. This classic musical tells the story of a Jewish dairyman in Imperial Russia at the beginning of the 20th century who struggles to hold on to his religious and cultural traditions. Learn more
