Iowa Firefighters Memorial

Iowa Firefighters Memorial Service

Sunday, June 12 | 10:30 am

The 22nd annual Iowa Firefighters Memorial Service at the Iowa Firefighters Memorial, 1 Russell Slade Boulevard, honors the courage and service of our Iowa firefighters. In addition to the memorial service, a candlelight service will be held on Saturday, June 11, at dusk. Learn more

Construction News

Oakdale Boulevard Pavement Repair

The westbound lane of Oakdale Boulevard, just west of the Oakdale Road and Glen Oaks Drive intersections, was paved this week. Traffic should move onto the new pavement early the week of June 13, with a lane closure and the temporary signals remaining.

The eastbound lane will be reconstructed the week of June 13, and the road should be fully open early the week of June 20. Learn more

Annual 4th of July celebration nears

Coralville’s 4thFest is a few weeks away, but it’s not too early to make plans to see The Oak Ridge Boys in concert for free and attend the parade, fireworks, carnival, and special activities! Events are held July 1-4. Learn more
