Iowa City Area Transit Study

Potential Changes to Area Transit

Open house to see proposed improvements, give feedback in person

Thursday, January 30 | 6:00-8:00 pm

Share your opinion about scenarios to improve our area transit systems, including possible route changes.

Coralville, Iowa City, and the University of Iowa are hosting open houses for the community to provide input about public transit system improvements.

If you weren't able to attend the first two, one open house remains: Thursday, January 30, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm, at Coralville City Hall. The open houses include opportunities to see and weigh in on scenarios for redesigning the area transit systems. Transit open houses

See maps & schedules, give feedback online

Survey available through February 21

If you cannot attend an open house (or even if you already went to one), you can view the possible transit changes and give feedback online.

The final recommendations will be based on public feedback, so we encourage you to look at the scenarios and weigh in via the survey. See the proposed transit changes and give feedback at www.research.net/r/ICATSscenariosurvey

What it is, where to go

Monday, February 3 | 7:00 pm

They are not conducted by the city or the county, but because they require a large space, they are often held in places like city buildings or local schools. Learn more:
