North Liberty Road NE (1st Avenue) has re-opened to through traffic between Rustic Ridge Road NE and Dubuque Street NE. 

There is a new roundabout at the North Liberty Road NE (1st Avenue) and Forevergreen Road intersection. The westerly leg of the roundabout currently serves as a driveway for two properties. The easterly leg will remain closed due to ongoing Forevergreen Road construction within the Forevergreen Heights subdivision.
