The City of Coralville, in partnership with the United Way of Johnson and Washington Counties, has a utility assistance fund, Neighbors Helping Neighbors. Your donation can help Coralville residents with utility bill payments. The City of Coralville will match each $1 donation with $0.25.

How to donate:

  • Donate online at www.coralville.org/neighbors; complete the form and donate by credit card.
  • Donate by mail with your paper utility bill by adding the donation to your payment. Write the donation amount in the “Optional Neighbors Helping Neighbors” donation box.
  • Donate in person at City Hall, 1512 7th Street, open weekdays from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (excluding holidays).
  • Drop off a donation 24 hours a day at the drive-up/walk-up box by the City Hall parking lot. Place your donation in a sealed envelope marked “Utility Assistance Fund.”

All donations will assist Coralville residents. Funds will be distributed as they are available through United Way of Johnson and Washington Counties. Call 319.338.7823 if you need help with your bill.
