Annual 4thFest Basket Auction

Bid on specialty items, unique treasures, savory treats, gift certificates, outings, and more! The 4thFest basket auction is held annually in the spring to raise funds for Coralville's 4thFest celebration.

2019 Basket Auction


The event is open to the general public and includes a live and silent auction, and food and beverage for purchase. Admission is free.
  • Date: Saturday, April 13, 2019
  • Time: Basket viewing begins at 4:30 pm, auction begins at 5:30 pm
  • Location: Brown Deer Golf Club, 1900 Country Club Dr., Coralville

About the Baskets


Area businesses, organizations, and individuals donate items or containers filled with items such as:
  • Clothing and accessories
  • Crafts
  • Electronics
  • Gift certificates
  • Home decor
  • Outings
  • Specialty items
  • Sporting goods
  • Wine, beer, and savory treats
Basket prices vary, but typically range from under $50 to over $500.

How to Donate a Basket

Basket donations are welcome at Coralville City Hall through Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 4:00 pm. Please provide an approximate value of the goods, as well as your name for donor recognition.
