New Café to Open in the Library

Co-op Café offers breakfast, lunch, snacks, & beverages

There’s something new coming to the Coralville Public Library, and it pairs well with a good book: the Co-op Café is scheduled to open in February.

New Pioneer Food Co-op is bringing their famous sandwiches, pastries, soups, salads, smoothies, and beverages to the library—with gluten free, vegan, and paleo-friendly choices, just like in the Co-op stores.  Events hosted at the library may now feature the Co-op’s catering. Co-op Café
