4thFest

About 4thFest
Coralville's annual 4th of July celebration is a community tradition that attracts thousands of visitors and residents each year. The multiday event includes a 5K run / walk, entertainment, food, free concerts, a carnival, parade, and fireworks.

A volunteer committee organizes 4thFest, with support from City staff. Financial support from the City of Coralville, sponsors, donations, and a basket auction make the celebration possible.
Celebrate on July 3-5, 2015
Most events are free and take place in S.T. Morrison Park, located in the 1500 block between 7th and 8th streets. Highlights include:
  • free concert on July 3 featuring Loverboy, and opening band The Sidewinders
  • The 4thFest parade on July 4
  • Food and activities in the park
  • Fireworks at dark on July 4
