About 4thFest
Coralville's annual 4th of July celebration is a community tradition that attracts thousands of visitors and residents. The multi-day events includes a 5K run / walk, entertainment, food, free concerts, a carnival, the area's largest Independence Day parade, and fireworks.

A volunteer committee organizes 4thFest, with support from the City.  Financial support from the City, sponsors, donations, and a basket auction make the celebration possible.

Celebrate on July 1-4, 2016

Most events are free and take place in S.T. Morrison Park, located in the 1500 block between 7th and 8th streets. Highlights include:
  • Free concert featuring The Oak Ridge Boys and The Sidewiders in S.T. Morrison Park on Sunday, July 3.
  • Parade, food and activities in the park, and fireworks on July 4.
