School-Age Programming

School Year Activities
The Coralville Parks and Recreation Department operates five Before and After School Programs (BASPs). The City of Coralville values after-school programs and supports them through the annual budget and use of City facilities. During the 2009-2010 school year, over 200 children participated in the City of Coralville’s Before and After School programs.

The City of Coralville also serves 5th through 8th grade students with free, supervised drop-in after-school activities on Monday through Thursday afternoons at the Coralville Recreation Center.
